Dear Fellow Rotarians, Greetings!
From Service to Impact: Sharing, Learning and Growing Together
The second month of Rotary Year 2026–27 has come to an inspiring close, with Rotary clubs across District 3292 actively engaged in service, fellowship, membership and community initiatives, giving life to our theme, “Create Lasting Impact.”
We sincerely appreciate all clubs that contributed their news and activities to the first GML issue published in July. Your participation made GML a true reflection of the energy and diversity of Rotary across Nepal and Bhutan.
GML is your platform—not only to showcase, but also to share, learn and inspire. Every project, idea, innovation and experience shared by one club can become an opportunity for another. At the same time, GML serves as an archive of our Rotary journey, preserving the stories and impact we create together.
I encourage every club to share its activities, ideas, innovations, challenges, lessons and success stories regularly. Let GML become a living platform where clubs showcase, Rotarians share, and the entire District learns and grows together.
August, Membership and New Club Development Month, reminds us of the importance of welcoming new members, engaging young people and strengthening our clubs. The Membership and Public Image Seminar in Morang, with more than 200 participants, demonstrated our shared commitment to learning and growth.
The recent Bhote Koshi flood also reminds us that Rotary must stand together in times of crisis. Through coordinated efforts with clubs, authorities and partners, we can make a stronger impact on relief, recovery and rebuilding.
As we continue this Rotary year, let us build a culture of sharing, collaboration and learning. Let every club be both a contributor and a learner. Let every story inspire another story, and let every successful idea travel beyond the boundaries of one club.
GML is not just a showcase of what Rotary has done—it is a platform for what Rotary can learn, share and do next.
Together, let us continue to Create Lasting Impact.
